Whilst we have strong relationships with successful sales agents and brands, our priority is to be the very best Property Management service provider. To do this, we believe our focus needs to be 100% in Property Management.

 

Are you experienced?


Whilst our Directors have over 30 years experience in Real Estate and Property Management, we believe the best answer is that our team who are providing the service every single day has over 70 years experience in Property Management alone and all have fine tuned their skill set to meet todays’ needs of the Property Management industry.

 

How are you different from your competitors?


It wasn’t that long ago, that to be honest, we weren’t. We knew there was a better way for everyone to experience the service of what has always been “Property Management” this included our clients, our tenants and also our team. Through our three core moving parts (People, Technology & Workflow) we re-engineered our business and we believe the process of Property Management completely, we have been able to create a business where our clients have never received a better level of service, it has never been easier for tenants to do business with us and our team have been freed from certain arduous Property Management tasks through technology to allow them to be the Property Managers they have always wanted to be.

 

Do I have a traditional point of contact?


Yes! We believed that this was one part of the traditional Property Management structure that must remain the same, it is crucial for you to have someone who is across all aspects of your property, the tenant and your needs. Whilst we work in a team to ensure every aspect of your property is taken care of you will have a Senior Property Manager who knows everything about your property, you and your tenancy.

 

When can my funds be disbursed to me?


Unlike traditional systems, we can disburse to you however you like. We can disburse monthly, fortnightly, weekly or on the same day your tenants pay rent. We believe it is important for you to have your money when you need it.

 

Do you pay my bills?


Yes, the majority of our clients choose us to maintain their bills (ie; Council Rates, Body Corporate Levies, Water Rates & General Invoices) so we are able to provide you with a clear EOFY Statement and Profit and Loss come tax time without you needing to keep multiple different invoices, statements and documentation.

 

What are your fees?
